LPGA Leadership Academy

Confidence. Resilience. Leadership. These are the skills that help girls succeed—not only in golf, but in school, their careers, and life.

The LPGA Leadership Academies were created to empower girls during one of the most pivotal stages of their lives. As girls enter their teenage years, many begin to lose confidence, step away from sports, and question their abilities. The LPGA Foundation believes golf can change that.

Using the game as a powerful learning platform, the LPGA Leadership Academies help girls discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop the leadership skills they need to thrive both on and off the course.

Throughout this immersive two-day experience, participants take part in interactive golf activities, leadership workshops, guided reflection, and meaningful conversations with LPGA Professionals and inspiring female mentors. Every activity is intentionally designed to connect lessons learned on the golf course with challenges girls face in everyday life.

Participants leave with practical tools to:
•    Build confidence and trust in themselves.
•    Make thoughtful decisions under pressure.
•    Overcome setbacks with resilience.
•    Take smart risks and embrace new opportunities.
•    Set meaningful goals and create a plan to achieve them.
•    Find their authentic voice and lead with purpose.

Each Leadership Academy welcomes 40 girls from across the country to participate at no cost, thanks to the generous support of the LPGA Foundation and its partners. More than a golf experience, the LPGA Leadership Academies are an investment in the next generation of confident leaders—one girl at a time.
